Behind the slogans of urban continuity, network sovereignty and collective resilience, the company builds critical infrastructure: connected hospitals, data centers, transit systems, power grids and biometric identity protocols.
The buildings we fund are not merely structures. They are sensors, nodes, gateways. When cities' networks connect to one another, Arasaka no longer buys contracts. It buys access routes.

Origin & History
Rebuilding a reputation
After the 4th Corporate War and the destruction of Arasaka Tower, the corporation suffered an image problem: seen as a brutal foreign military power. In 2070, the Board authorized the creation of a "clean" brand, outwardly detached from weapons. Where Arasaka could no longer enter by force, ACS entered through reconstruction contracts.
The dependency strategy
ACS never sells a product. It sells a dependency.
- The gateway. Fund and build vital infrastructure, at a loss, in a bled-dry city.
- The anchor. The infrastructure becomes indispensable. Data flows through our servers, identities through our terminals, emergencies through our hospitals.
- The harvest. Once dependency sets in, ACS does not ask for money. It asks for access.
2074 — The crack
ACS launches the Civil Continuity Program: a communications triumph. It is also the year the armor cracks — the infrastructure begins to be diverted for a purpose no one voted on. The year ACS stops being a reconstruction company and becomes, in secret, an organ of experimentation.
